Cultivation & Sourcing

Cultivated Turmeric: We grow this on our farm in Sunderkhal and work with a collective of five to six local farmers. We use traditional, chemical-free methods to ensure the root remains pure and potent.

Traditional Use

Turmeric is the “Golden Goddess” of Himalayan wellness, used for both internal healing and external radiance.

  • Immunity Booster: Traditionally mixed with warm milk and black pepper to help the body fight seasonal infections and reduce internal inflammation.
  • Healing Ubtan: Wild turmeric is a cornerstone of traditional Himalayan beauty rituals, used in face packs to treat acne, brighten skin, and reduce unwanted hair growth without staining the skin as deeply as kitchen turmeric.

How to Use

  • Golden Latte: Stir half a teaspoon of cultivated turmeric into warm milk with a pinch of black pepper and Raw Himalayan Honey.
  • Brightening Face Mask: Mix a small pinch of Wild Turmeric with yogurt or honey. Apply to the face for 10 minutes for a natural, healthy glow.
  • Health Shot: Mix a quarter teaspoon into warm water with lemon in the morning to kickstart your metabolism.
