We cultivate Stevia on our farm in Sunderkhal, where the high-altitude environment and clean mountain air contribute to a pure, concentrated sweetness. As part of the FARMSTEL collective, we also work with local farmers in the Mukteshwar region to source high-quality leaves. Every harvest is hand-picked and processed following our “no machine, no middleman” philosophy, ensuring a sustainable and authentic product.

Traditional Use

While Stevia is globally recognized as a modern sugar substitute, it has roots in traditional wellness for its unique properties.

• Natural Sweetener: Historically used to sweeten herbal teas and infusions without the health risks associated with refined sugar.
• Digestive Aid: In some traditions, it was used to help soothe the stomach and support healthy digestion.
• Oral Health: Traditionally believed to help maintain oral hygiene due to its natural antibacterial properties.

How to Use

• The Perfect Sweetener: Add 1-2 whole dried leaves or a small pinch of crushed leaves to your tea, coffee, or herbal infusions. The sweetness is highly concentrated, so start with a small amount.
• Baking & Cooking: Use crushed stevia leaves as a sugar replacement in your favorite recipes. Keep in mind that stevia is much sweeter than sugar, so adjust the quantity accordingly.
• Infused Water: Add a few leaves to a pitcher of water with lemon and mint for a refreshing, naturally sweet beverage.
• Smoothie Booster: Blend a pinch of stevia powder into your morning smoothie for a calorie-free sweetness.
