Unlike the common black mustard oil, yellow mustard seeds yield a lighter, smoother oil with a distinctively mild aroma and a buttery texture. By avoiding high-heat extraction and using gravitational settling for 15 days, we ensure the oil retains its natural Vitamin E, Omega fatty acids, and high smoke point without the pungent “sting” typical of industrial oils.
