1. Terms of Service

Core Agreement:

  • Product Authenticity: We guarantee that our oils are wood-pressed and our herbs are sourced from the Kumaon region. However, as these are natural products, slight variations in color, aroma, or texture between batches are normal and a sign of authenticity.
  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on the FARMSTEL website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including the brand story, photography of the Mukteshwar hills, and product descriptions, is the property of FARMSTEL.
  • Limitation of Liability: While we strive for the highest quality, FARMSTEL is not liable for any allergic reactions. We provide full ingredient lists and recommend a patch test for topical oils.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bringing the Mountains to You:

  • Processing Time: Because we follow “slow-paced” mountain processing and careful packaging, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Packaging: To align with our sustainability goals, we use eco-friendly padding wherever possible. Our oils are secured to prevent leakage during the journey from the hills to your doorstep.
  • Shipping Rates: * Domestic: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance from Uttarakhand.
  • Tracking: Once your order leaves Sunderkhal, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Fair-Trade Promise:

  • Damaged Goods: If your oil bottle breaks or honey leaks during transit, we will replace it. Please send us a photo of the damaged package within 48 hours of delivery to info@famrstel.in
  • Returns: Due to the food-grade and hygiene nature of oils, honey, and dried herbs, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement before it enters the packaging stage.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds for damaged items will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
